A significant application of our work in the origination of insurance is the creation of the LexisNexis Insurance Exchange. The exchange, created in partnership with the Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers (CIAB), is "directed at improving the efficiency and transparency of the entire insurance distribution system." Furthermore, according to LexisNexis, "The license of Marketcore's intellectual property and business plan is an important element in the development of the Insurance Exchange."
